Scheduling an Appointment
Please call the office most convenient for you to schedule an appointment. Immediate appointments may be available for urgent eye problems. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as far in advance as possible so we can offer that time to another patient in need of care.
Preparing for Your Visit
Please bring the following to your first appointment:
- A complete list of your current medications
- Your insurance information
- The name and address of your primary care physician
- Any relevant medical records or information requested by our team
Your eyes may be dilated as part of your examination, which can temporarily cause blurred vision and sensitivity to light. We recommend bringing someone who can drive you home or arranging a car service.
Insurance Information
We accept most insurance plans. Because coverage varies, please contact our office or your insurance provider before your appointment to confirm participation and benefits.
Prescriptions and Renewals
Please request prescriptions and renewal authorizations between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, when our team has access to your medical records. Requests made outside these hours will only be addressed in urgent or emergency circumstances.
